Broccoli is a healthy vegetable, but it lacks most of the protein and fat needed by human body. Long-term unbalanced diet may lead to various physical problems, such as:
1. Inadequate nutrition leads to decreased immunity and susceptibility to infection.
2. Muscle quality declines, and the body is prone to fatigue and cannot withstand high-intensity exercise.
3. Malnutrition such as alopecia, yellow nails and yellow skin.
4. Gastrointestinal diseases such as proctitis and spleen deficiency.
