One, seven-month-old baby eats one day.
1, 6: 30 in the morning: breast-feeding or milk 180ml or so.
2, 9 am: a small bowl of egg custard or other complementary food.
3, noon 12: rice porridge or a small bowl of noodles, add some chopped vegetables, minced meat or minced fish, and generally add one-third of the porridge.
4. 4 pm: breast-feeding or milk 180ml or so.
5, 7 pm: breast-feeding or milk 150ml, and then add some complementary food in moderation, but not too much.
6. At night 1 1 point: breast-feeding or milk is about 180ml. If the amount of 180ml can't meet the baby's needs, it can be appropriately increased, usually about 20ml can be added.
7. Stop feeding at night.
