I didn’t take any photos, so I can only tell you the steps. Fry the peanuts until cooked, remove the red coating after cooling. Saute the sesame seeds until fragrant. I used cooked sesame seeds, but I still added them to the pan and stir-fried them again. Add oil and sugar to the pot, all over low heat. After the sugar is boiled, add maltose and boil it. Add peanuts and stir-fry, add sesame seeds and stir-fry. Remove the pot and place it in a box to compact it. Let cool slightly and cut into pieces. This is the first finished picture.

Remarks: Based on the experience summarized three times, the peanuts can be packed in pockets after removing the red clothes, and use a rolling pin to press the peanuts It should be slightly broken, but not too broken. This helps the peanuts stick together better. Be sure to add the peanuts first and then the sesame seeds, otherwise the sesame seeds will coat most of the sugar.
