Round angle's disease of hair is also called Pore Moss or Keratosis Hair. It is a kind of hair follicle dermatosis, with keratinized papules and angle plugs at the hair follicle mouth, and no obvious inflammation. There is a family tendency, which may be autosomal dominant inheritance, or may be caused by thyroid dysfunction or vitamin A deficiency. It is common in older children, with dry skin, severe symptoms in winter and relief in summer. Clinical manifestations: The rash is a hair follicle papule from the tip of a needle to the tip of a rice grain, with the appearance of "chicken skin", rough feeling to the touch, skin color or reddish, scattered or densely distributed on the outer side of the upper arm, the extended side of the thigh, the forearm and the shoulder blade, and severely involved the cheek, showing a symmetrical distribution. If you look at it with a magnifying glass, you can see that there are scales at the top of the papule, and hairs run through or curl at the mouth of the hair follicle. If you peel off the angle plug, the top of the papule is funnel-shaped and concave. The rashes are independent and do not fuse, and the skin between rashes is normal. There is no moist change during the onset. The onset is mostly acute or subacute, and the symptoms are slightly itchy or not itchy.

Both round angle's disease and vitamin A deficiency are keratinized papules on the extension side of limbs, which have no inflammatory reaction and look like "chicken skin" on the surface. However, the keratinized papules of vitamin A deficiency are slightly larger, the skin is dry and rough, and there may be pigmentation, which looks like "toad skin", and the hair is sparse and brittle. At the same time, it is often accompanied by night blindness, dry eyes, corneal softening or ulcers, etc. There is an obvious history of vitamin A deficiency and no family history.

Round angle's disease generally does not require treatment. Children with fast growth and development should eat more vegetables and fruits. Those with obvious keratosis can take vitamin A orally, supplemented with vitamin E to increase the curative effect. 3%~5% salicylic acid ointment, eczema cream and cod liver oil ointment can be applied externally.
