The production process of raw wheat and cooked wheat is different. Raw malt is a mature fruit of Gramineae barley, which can be obtained by soaking, growing, granulating and drying in the sun. Cooked malt is made by removing impurities from clean malt and frying it.
It has different conditioning functions. Raw malt is mostly used for double milk, and cooked wheat embryo is fried and ground into powder, which has a strong digestion promoting effect, so its function is to promote digestion and guide stagnation.
