2. Find an oil-free and clean sealed box, put the sea cucumber in the sealed box, and let pure water pass over the surface of the sea cucumber for 3cm.
3. Mark the time with post-it notes and remember the time to change the water ~ soak it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Don't forget to change water in the middle.
After soaking for about 12 hours, we took the box out of the refrigerator. The color of the water is a little cloudy, and the sea cucumber is a little bigger. We pour out the dirty water and then pour in new purified water, which is less than 3 cm from the surface of the sea cucumber. Cover and put in the refrigerator 12 hours.
After 24 hours of foaming, the surface of sea cucumber has softened. Cut the sea cucumber from the abdomen with scissors. After opening, clean the sea cucumber tendon. Just pick out the teeth at the top of the sea cucumber and rinse with pure water.
6. Pour pure water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the washed sea cucumber, and the water is still 3cm higher than the surface of the sea cucumber. Cook on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes.
7. Put the cooked sea cucumber in a sealed box, let it stand and cool, and then pour in purified water, which is still 3cm higher than the surface of the sea cucumber.
8. Mark the time and soak in the refrigerator for 48 hours. In these 48 hours, we have to change the water 2-3 times. Sea cucumbers will be soaked.
