Another difference between oats and naked oats is that one is peeled and the other is not peeled. Oats are not easy to peel, so they are called skinned oats. In Compendium of Materia Medica, they are called Bromus and Wild Wheat. Because of its low yield and difficult processing, it is not the main food people need, and there is little food produced in the market, but its health care function has been or is being recognized and accepted by people.
