Method 2: Prepare disposable paper cups, colored handmade paper, bottle caps, glue sticks and scissors.
Fold two pieces of blue handmade paper into a bow, and then stick it on the outer wall of a paper cup decorated with yellow handmade paper; Cut 8 strips of paper with a length of 3 cm and a width of 1 cm on blue paper, and cut 2 strips of paper with a length of 5 cm and a width of 2 cm on gray handmade paper, and make these strips into paper rolls respectively.
