Steps
1. Set aside the ingredients.
2. Stir fry the peppercorns over low heat.
3. Then crush with a rolling pin.
4. Wash the ribs, add pepper, ginger, green onion, soy sauce, salt and beer.
5. Mix well and marinate to taste.
6. Marinate the ribs, add flour, cornstarch, eggs.
7. Stir well so that each piece of ribs is evenly coated with batter. Pick up with chopsticks, it can flow slowly.
8. Heat the pan to 6-7 minutes.
9. Drop in the ribs. You can put them one by one in order to make them not stick.
10. Once set, you can turn them over to dislodge the stuck ones. Fry until golden brown, fish out and drain the oil.
11. Then heat the frying pan over high heat and deep fry again.
12. Serve the ribs while they are still warm. (Extra can be steamed in the pot next time you eat.)
