1. Open the Mango TVapp installed on your mobile phone.

2. Click the "My" button in the menu in the lower right corner to enter the personal homepage.

3. Slide up on the personal homepage and click the "Help Feedback" button.

4. Select "Member Question" in the help feedback.

5. Then click "Cancel continuous monthly subscription". On the details page of continuous monthly subscription, you can see various unsubscribe operation modes of automatic renewal.
