Job title: Western kitchen chef direct superior: executive chef This job: preside over the daily management of the Western kitchen

Direct Responsibilities:

1. Attend the kitchen department's daily morning meeting, record the contents, submit the department's work report, report on the food situation and guest complaints and requests.

14. Formulate the annual work objectives and work plan of the Western Kitchen, and make budget and monthly work plan according to the month, and submit it for approval and implementation.

15. Responsible for the development of Western kitchen procedures and rules and regulations, submitted for approval and implementation.

16. Develops job descriptions and defines scope of work for direct reports.

17. Receive the rationalization proposals reported by the direct subordinates, and deal with them according to the procedures.

18. Authorize direct subordinates.

19. Responsible for the training, implementation and inspection of the work procedures of the Western Kitchen Supervisor.

20. Develops training programs for Western Kitchen job skills and assists the Training Department in implementation and evaluation.

21. Inspect, supervise and check the work of subordinates.

22. Understand the work of the kitchen and related data.

23. Receive regular debriefings from direct subordinates and evaluate their work.
