1. Raw materials: celery 3g, pork liver 3g, soy sauce, wine, raw flour, sugar, ginger juice, peanut oil, salt and pepper.
2. Wash the pork liver, cut it into small pieces with a thickness of 3cm, blanch it with boiling water, and add a proper amount of soy sauce, wine, raw flour, sugar, ginger juice and other marinades for pickling and soaking.
3. Wash celery, cut it into 5-6 cm long sections, blanch it with boiling water, then take it out and drain off the water.
4. Heat the pan, add oil, heat it with strong fire, stir-fry pork liver, add celery, continue to stir-fry, add salt, pepper and ginger juice, and stir well.
