1. First boil two pots of water, put them in two large basins, and let them cool. Then prepare the ingredients for the vegetarian fried sauce: beat the eggs and stir-fry; dice the mushrooms; chop the green onions; prepare 2 tablespoons of soybean paste, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce.

5. Pour out the fried sauce and set aside. Put enough water in the pot, bring to a boil, add noodles and cook.
6. Cut 1 carrot and 1 cucumber into thin strips.
7. Crush 4 cloves of garlic and add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and mix well.
8. Take out the two basins of water that have been cooled down in the refrigerator. Place the cooked noodles in one of the basins to cool down, then take them out and put them in the second basin.
9. Now all the ingredients are ready and ready to eat.
