Is the NDSi menu in Taiwan Province or Hongkong in traditional Chinese?
No, only IDS series machines can use Chinese interface. As long as the machines in Hong Kong and Taiwan write NDSi, they are parallel imports, so it is impossible to have a Chinese interface. NDSI cannot use IDSI's Chinese software. Because IDSI's software store is fugue independent and can't be universal. NDSI only needs to look at whether the machine is in Japanese or English, or enter the machine to look at the letters after the system version number (U is the American version and J is the Japanese version).
