4, then pour water into the pot, like to drink a little thinner, you can pour more water. After pouring, boil the water with high fire. After boiling, add the frozen mung bean ice cubes and continue to cook with high fire. When the fire is cooked again, it will take about 10 minutes to find that it has blossomed.
5. It only takes 10 minutes, and the mung beans become soft and waxy and start to sand. Finally, add some rock sugar. If you don't like sweetness, you can't give it up. After adding, stir with a spoon, continue to cook for about 10 minutes, then turn off the fire, take it out and let it cool.
