Medicinal rose: regulating qi and relieving depression, losing weight, removing acne and spots, and regulating dysmenorrhea.
Milk: rich in nutrition, inhibiting tumor, calming the nerves, beauty beauty, helping to lose weight and promoting the brain development of children.
Ingredients: 5 medicinal roses, Lipton tea bag 1 piece, 500ml of milk and a little honey.
method of work
1, add half a cup of water to a small pot, bring to a boil, add roses and cook for 3 minutes with minimum fire. When the flowers are soft and fragrant, soak them in black tea bag for 2 minutes.
2. Add milk and turn off the fire with a small fire.
3. Filter when drinking and add a little honey to mix well.
Tips
1, to drink hot tea, the cup must be warmed first to prevent the temperature from dropping rapidly, so that the tea fragrance can be fully dispersed.
2. For women, drinking too many roses can also make their faces as rosy as petals. This is because roses have a strong function of promoting qi and blood circulation, removing blood stasis and harmonizing viscera. The symptoms we usually talk about, such as bad complexion or long spots on the face, menstrual disorder and dysmenorrhea, are all related to the abnormal operation of qi and blood and stagnation in the uterus or face. Once the qi and blood run normally, it will naturally be rosy and healthy.
Simi chocolate milk tea
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of sago (available in the supermarket), black tea (stronger ~), 3-4 small pieces of chocolate (if it's a two-piece bag of Dove, 2 bags), pure milk 1 box, honey.
method of work
1, put the milk and chocolate together in the induction cooker, stir well while cooking, cook until the chocolate melts, and then put it in a container. This is chocolate milk.
2. Cook sago and put it in chocolate milk.
3. Pour the soaked black tea into chocolate milk, stir well, and finally add honey (according to personal preference). This is sago chocolate milk tea. Personally, I prefer to drink it hot because it tastes mellow.
Rose milk tea sago
Ingredients: a little sago, 3 roses of tea, a little glutinous rice flour, matcha powder, cocoa powder, black tea 1 bag.
Decoration: Myrica rubra 1 capsule, mint leaves 1 tablet.
method of work
1, first rub a few "Yuhuashi" balls with a small amount of glutinous rice flour, and cook them in the pot for later use. The green one smells like matcha, and the brown one smells like chocolate.
2. Boil the sago until there is a small white spot in the center, and then remove the cold water. Boil water, then cool water. Cook it for later use.
3. Boil milk tea: After the milk is hot, put in a bag of black tea. After the taste and color of black tea are boiled over medium heat, turn to high heat, turn off the heat after boiling, and add a few rose teas to soak. Pay attention to the heat, or the milk will burn easily. If you like milk, you can add scented tea before adding condensed milk.
4. Add the glutinous rice balls cooked in advance.
5. Add the cooked sago.
Tips
1 When cooking sago, be sure to control the heat. Personally, I think the most difficult cooking method to fail is to cook it twice separately. First, boil it in boiling water until there is only a small white spot left in the center of sago, then take it out, cool it, then boil it in boiling water until it is transparent and cool it. The sago cooked in this way will not paste the pot or stick into a ball. QQ is very chewy.
2. Put the finished milk tea in the refrigerator to cool down. When eating, take it out and add a few ice cubes, which is a delicious frozen milk tea.
Coconut milk tea
Ingredients: 50ml coconut milk, 450ml water, condensed milk 1 tablespoon, 2 packs of Sri Lankan black tea tea bags.
method of work
1, prepare coconut milk, black tea bags and condensed milk.
2. Put cold water in the pot and burn it half-open.
3. Add black tea bags and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add coconut milk and boil again.
5. Add another spoonful of condensed milk, stir well and cook for another minute.
6, take out the tea bag, coconut milk tea is ready.
Tips
1, condensed milk itself is very sweet, so no sugar is added. Friends who like sweets very much can add some sugar or yellow sugar according to their own preferences.
2. It is best to use black tea bags made in Sri Lanka. I have tried ordinary Lipton tea bags before, and the effect is relatively discounted. It is also possible to put black tea directly, but it needs to be sieved after cooking.
