You cannot steam egg custard in an induction cooker without a steaming separator. Steamed egg custard must have a steaming separator. The method is as follows:
Preparation materials: eggs, salt, sesame oil.
1. Crack two eggs into a ceramic bowl.
2. Add salt and cold water and stir evenly.
3. Pass the egg liquid through a fine sieve.
4. Steam in boiling water.
5. Cover the pot, leaving a small gap, for 8 minutes.
6. Take out, sprinkle with chopped green onion and soy sauce, and serve.
