Green radish
Today, I will share with you the common practice of a radish ball. A green radish can make a big plate. Friends who like food can try it. It tastes very good. Please see our specific operation below.
First, prepare a green radish, wash it and cut it into filaments. If you have a chopping board at home, you can use it to shred, because the shredded radish skin is thin and has high nutritional value. You can peel it after washing.
Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, add a little vegetable oil. Adding vegetable oil can make the color of shredded radish more vivid. Then add shredded radish and blanch for about 1 min. The purpose of blanching is to remove the spicy taste of radish. ) then remove the water control.
After the shredded radish is slightly cold, squeeze out the water in the shredded radish by hand, cut it several times with a knife, and then put it in a bowl for later use.
Prepare a handful of coriander, wash it, cut it into small pieces with a knife and put it with shredded radish.
Leave a small piece of steamed bread, remove the skin of steamed bread, crush it by hand and put it in a bowl (if there is no steamed bread left, dry bread can also be used instead), so that the fried meatballs will be more crisp to eat.
When all the materials are ready, we will start mixing the stuffing:
Add 3g of salt, 0.5g of pepper, 5g of edible oil and 0/0g of corn starch/kloc-into the bowl, and stir the stuffing evenly with chopsticks. (Cooking oil is added to the stuffing to prevent the radish from coming out of the water, which can quickly lock the water. Adding starch can make the croquettes brittle. )
Then add a little chopped green onion, beat 1 eggs, and finally add a proper amount of flour (be careful not to add too much flour at a time, but add it several times). The fried meatballs will be hard and affect the taste.
Boil the oil, turn on the fire, and turn off the fire when the oil temperature reaches 50%, so as not to fry the meatballs when the oil temperature is too high.
Then squeeze out the meatballs with your left hand, and dig them into the pot with a small spoon with your right hand, preferably from the side of the pot in turn, to prevent the hot oil from overflowing and hurting your hands.
After all the meatballs are put into the pot, turn on a small fire, fry until the meatballs are set, and turn them over with chopsticks several times to make the meatballs evenly heated. This process takes about 4 minutes.
When the meatballs are fried to golden brown on both sides and all float, the meatballs are cooked. You can turn off the fire, take them out and put them on a plate to eat. They are crisp and delicious. Try them when you learn.
