How to Steam Balsa Fish Fillet
Defrost Balsa Fish and pat dry ?
Put shredded ginger on both sides to remove the fishy odor.
Place in a steamer and steam for about 6 minutes.
After steaming, pour off the steamed water from the plate
Add the steamed fish soy sauce and put cilantro or scallion on top.
Heat the oil in a wok and pour it over the fish.
