2. Local treatment
Mild people use calamine lotion externally, while severe people use cold compress, glucocorticoid cream or 2.5% indomethacin solution.
Prevention:
Participate in outdoor sports regularly to enhance the skin's tolerance to sunlight; Try to avoid outdoor activities or reduce the activity time from 10 am to 2 pm when the sun is strongest; Avoid the sun when going out and pay attention to protection, such as umbrella, wide-brimmed hat and long-sleeved clothes; If you are outdoors, it is recommended to use sunscreen with SPF above 15 regularly, and use high-efficiency sunscreen with SPF above 30 for those with severe light sensitivity.
