When skateboarding, you should first make preparations, stand on your feet and put the skateboard flat on the ground in front of your feet. Then put one foot on the front of the skateboard, and the other foot is still on the ground. The center of gravity of the body moves to the feet on the board, the upper body leans forward slightly, the front foot is placed on the board, the legs are bent, and the arms are extended to maintain balance.
After that, step on the foot and gently pedal the ground, then receive it on the skateboard and put it at the back of the skateboard. When you first get on the board, your feet are vertical. Slowly adjust yourself, turn your feet parallel and start skateboarding. When the skateboard is still sliding forward, put the center of gravity on the front foot and then put the rear foot on the ground like a landing gear.
Finally, lift your front foot and let both feet fall on one side of the skateboard. Adjust the whole body state and keep balance after getting on the board.
