Put maltose in a container. Put the lid on. The microwave oven runs at 900w for 3 minutes. Take it out and stir it, but it still feels soft and continue to enter the microwave oven 1 min. Then according to the actual situation, work overtime in the unit of 1 minute. Every time you take it out and stir it, you can feel a little bit of resistance (because it will harden after cooling).

My own initial success method: 900w high-fire microwave oven 15-20 minutes, take it out for shaping and cool it. This is my successful experiment.

In case it is still too soft, then continue to bite in the microwave until you are satisfied.
