Steamed Pike Fish
Looks a little like catfish, but not as hideous as catfish, just a big thorn, tender meat, delicious, especially suitable for steaming, especially in the summer heat. The fish is a bit big, so I had to cut a few more times.
Raw materials: pike-side fish, shredded green onion, ginger, white wine, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken essence, vegetable oil.
Practice steps:

Step 11: The meat is tender and flavorful.
Tips:
1, marinated fish before the cage should be rinsed. 2, steamed fish to pour the soup in the plate. 3, pure steamed fish soy sauce flavor single, add some oyster sauce, sugar, chicken essence and boiling water to simmer a little bit, the flavor is more mellow. 4, the final drizzle of hot oil is the finishing touch, can not be omitted.
