Brief introduction of Sydney paper industry
Sydney paper, also known as tissue paper and copy paper, is named after it is generally used to wrap Sydney. Its appearance is translucent, brittle and thin. Sydney paper is a kind of paper with high strength and whiteness. Most paper mills in China use imported wood pulp to make copy paper, and bleached kraft softwood pulp is the best wood pulp used. Besides imported wood pulp, bamboo pulp, awn pulp and wheat straw pulp can also be used. Among them, the strength of Sydney paper produced by bamboo pulp is also good, but the whiteness of paper is low; If mango stalk pulp and wheat straw pulp are selected, the produced Sydney paper has good whiteness but low strength. Therefore, imported bleached kraft softwood pulp should be selected if conditions permit.
