1. Select young mulberry leaves from mulberry trees without wormholes, yellowing or rotten stems. Take it off gently. It is best to choose a large mulberry tree, the wild one is best.
2. After the inspection, you need to wash it. Some dust and invisible dirt will adhere to the mulberry leaves. Take a basin, fill it with half a basin of cold water, and then put the mulberry leaves in it. Do not soak it in the cold water for too long. Wash it and drain it, and set aside.
3. Take a glass, be sure not to use a plastic cup. After scalding the glass with hot water, put the drained mulberry leaves into the glass.
4. Pour boiling water into the glass until the water just covers the mulberry leaves. After soaking once, don’t pour water to soak again, and don’t drink too much at one time.
