Ingredients: Beidoufu 1 tablet, Flammulina velutipes 1 tablet, a little minced meat.
Exercise:
1. Rooted Flammulina velutipes, washed, blanched and cut into sections;
2. After the oil is hot, stir-fry the minced meat, and add a proper amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce to taste; 3. After the minced meat is cooked eight times, pour in the Flammulina velutipes and cut into small pieces of tofu, stir fry.
Spinach Flammulina velutipes juice
Ingredients: spinach100g, Flammulina velutipes 80g, onion 50g.
Seasoning: honey 15g.
Exercise:
1. Wash spinach and onion, and cut into sections for later use;
2. Open the Flammulina velutipes and clean it;
3. Put spinach, scallion and Flammulina velutipes into a juicer and add cold boiled water;
4. Stir into juice and pour into the cup. Add honey and stir well.
Enoki Mushroom
Ingredients: 50 grams of ham sausage, 50 grams of Flammulina velutipes, 0/5 grams of green pepper/kloc-,30 grams of mushrooms (fresh).
Seasoning: cooking wine 10g, soy sauce 5g, salt 2g, chicken essence 1g, pepper 1g, ginger 5g, sesame oil 1g and vinegar 2g.
Exercise:
1. Wash green peppers and mushrooms respectively, shred them and blanch them with boiling water;
2. Cut the ham sausage into filaments;
3. Wash Flammulina velutipes and add water to cook;
4. Put the shredded ham sausage, shredded green pepper, shredded mushroom and Flammulina velutipes into a dish, add chicken essence, cooking wine, salt and vinegar and stir well;
5. Stir the Jiang Mo, soy sauce and pepper evenly, pour them into a plate and drizzle with sesame oil.
