Tools/raw materials: beef, tomato, clear water, kitchen knife, bowl, chopping board, pot, spatula, cooking oil, minced garlic, chopped green onion, oil consumption, soy sauce, sugar and starch.
1. Wash the beef, slice it into a bowl, add oil, soy sauce, sugar and starch, and stir well.
2. Pour in cooking oil to lock the beef moisture and marinate for ten minutes.
3. Marinate the beef in the oil pan and fry until it is 80% cooked.
4. Stir the minced garlic in another pot, pour the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry the water, add some salt, sugar and soy sauce.
5. Add the beef fried in front, stir well, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
