Composition:
6 slices of toast
Eggs 1
Milk150g
2 teaspoons of sugar substitute
Exercise:
1. Mix milk and sugar, add eggs and stir well.
2. Roll the toast thin with a rolling pin and cut the four sides small.
3. Put the toast into the baking pan mold and press the mold with your hands.
4. Pour the egg liquid into the toast bowl and preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
Bake the egg tart in the oven for 20 minutes.
