The day before yesterday there was a bunch of grapes left over. Make a favorite grape jelly for your kids and let it sit in the fridge for half a day. It's tart and sweet and cool and refreshing. Perfect for this hot summer day!

Materials
1 bunch of grapes
4 tablespoons of sugar
100 grams of white bean cooler powder
1300 grams of water
starch moderate
Practice Steps
1.Wash grapes a few times with the starch water because the skins of this grapes will be used to boil water later!
2. Fish out the cleaned grapes and drain and set aside!
3. Peel the grapes, wrap the skin and pulp separately, then prepare 4 spoons of white sugar and 100g of white jelly!
4. Put 1300g of water in a pot, bring it to a boil, add the grape skins and cook for about 5 minutes! Simmer it until it turns purple!
5. Remove the grape skins!
6. Add sugar and stir until the sugar melts!
7. Add 100 grams of white jelly!
8. Stir with a spatula while putting the white jelly powder until the white jelly powder is completely melted!
9. Add the peeled grape pulp and turn off the heat immediately!
10. Pour into a container, cool, solidify, and chill in the fridge! (Let it cool and solidify and it's ready to eat. Refrigerate for half a day for better flavor!)
