Methods for casserole bologna casserole
Wash and cook bacon, sauced meat or preserved sausage, and dice bacon, sauced meat and preserved sausage. Wash and soak the rice for more than half an hour in advance. Potatoes cut into small dices, four seasonal beans washed and cut into inch sections.
Put a little vegetable oil in the pot, pour in the bacon diced, burst slightly dry, sausage do not need to burst dry.
Pour the bacon oil into the casserole dish, the bottom of the well-stained, if you do not like animal oil or fear of fat, you can also brush a little vegetable oil in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Pour in the rice and drinking water, slightly more than the rice 1cm or so. I am using the taji pot casserole, water folding consumption less, if it is a regular casserole, the amount of water to be slightly more.
Spread the potatoes on top of the rice;
Spread the beans (or other vegetables that can stand to be cooked);
Spread the bacon on the top layer. Cover the casserole with a lid, bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce the heat to medium-low (that is, with just a little bit left on the outer ring of the flame) and simmer for 15 minutes. Be sure to rotate the pan every few minutes for even heating.
Turn off the heat and simmer uncovered for another 10 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and toss to coat. Alternatively, you can make a sauce with soy sauce (oyster sauce), fish sauce, chicken powder, a little sugar, and drinking water, and serve over the top.
