2. Soybean is panicum miliaceum of Leguminosae. The flowering period is from June to July, and the fruiting period is from July to September. Soybeans contain about 20% fat and 40% protein. It is also rich in vitamins and nutrients. Besides being eaten directly, it can also be used as sauce, soy sauce and various legumes. Stems, leaves, soybean meal and coarse soybean meal can be used as feed fertilizer and excellent livestock feed.
