How to make shredded apples: Step 1: Mix the cornstarch with a little water into a thick paste and set aside. Cooking tips: 1. Don’t fry apples for too long, otherwise they will become too soft and difficult to shape. 3. After the apple pieces are fried, be sure to boil the sugar color quickly. The hot apples will make the caramelized apples more delicious. 3. When boiling the sugar, be sure to control the heat and simmer over medium-low heat. If the fire is too low, there will be no drawing effect; if the fire is too high, the sugar will turn black and bitter. Therefore, the process of frying sugar is the key to whether the wire drawing is done well. 4. If there is leftover sugar color, you can also draw some silk to make a lollipop.
