How to make and roll porcelain rice balls
Rolling Rice Balls

Materials

2 cups glutinous rice, 1/2 cup chopped preserved vegetables, 1/2 cup chopped pickled vegetables, 1 fritter, 1/4 cup peanut sugar powder, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil

Methods

1.) Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for 2 hours in water, minced the garlic, and chop the fritter into 4 pieces. Cut the garlic into 4 pieces and the fritters into 4 pieces.

2.) Drain the glutinous rice into a large bowl and steam it in an electric pot for 25 minutes until it is cooked, keep warm.

3.) Heat a frying pan, sauté the garlic, add the chopped preserved vegetables and pickled vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

4.) Add all the seasonings and stir fry evenly to taste.

5.) Take a transparent plastic bag and spread it flat, take 1 bowl of glutinous rice and spread it on the plastic bag to flatten it into a round shape.

6.) Sprinkle peanut flour, chopped preserved vegetables from recipe (3), chopped pickled vegetables, and 1 piece of doughnut on top of the rice.

7.) Roll up both sides of the rice to the center and wrap tightly, encasing the ingredients in long sticky rice and pressing to make a long oval shape.
