Cordyceps flowers can be stewed with shiitake mushrooms in chicken soup.
Ingredients: 2 chicken thighs, 8 mushrooms, 100 grams of cordyceps flowers, 1 segment of green onion, 2 slices of ginger, 3 grams of salt, a little coriander
Preparation method:
1. Wash the chicken legs, cut the surface with a knife, add salt and marinate for a while.
2. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and cut the surface with a flower knife.
3. Take a deep-mouthed bowl, put the chicken legs first, then place the mushrooms, cordyceps flowers, scallions, and ginger slices in order, and add an appropriate amount of water to cover the ingredients.
4. Add enough water to the steamer and use a double-layer steamer. Put the bowl into the pot together.
5. Cover the pot, turn on the steam and steam for 40 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and let it dry for a while. Take it out and sprinkle with coriander before drinking.
