2. Practice:
(1) Put the milk in a closed container and shake it violently to separate the fresh butter from the milk (you can also use the animal fresh butter directly, starting from step 2).
(2) Stir in a blender to remove the fat and form a solidified state (because centrifugal force will destroy the milk fat, the oil and water in the milk fat will be separated).
(3) Rinse slightly with cold water to remove impurities.
(4) Absorb excess water with a filter screen and cotton cloth, and let it stand for a while until the water is released.
(5) Continue to put it back into the blender for stirring, and filter the excess water.
(6) Add a proper amount of salt and mix well.
