The method is as follows:
1. Put the hawthorn in the Fotile sink dishwasher, wash it with the fruit and vegetable washing gear, and then dry the water on it;
2. Peel the dried hawthorn, remove the flower stalks, and cut into small pieces;
3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the hawthorn (about 4:1 or 5:1), and put it into a food processor to grind. Make hawthorn puree, pour it into a pot, simmer over low heat, stirring while boiling;
4. When the hawthorn sauce is reduced to 3/4 of its original volume, add rock sugar and continue to simmer until all the rock sugar melts , and simmer for 5-10 minutes;
5. Spread the hawthorn sauce on a baking sheet or dryer while it is hot, bake in the oven at 80 degrees, with hot air circulation for 6 hours, and in the dryer at 60 degrees Bake for 6-8 hours.
