Pressure cooker to make mung bean soup practice
Scooped out the pre-soaked mung beans and put into the pressure cooker. (It's best to soak this green beans in advance. If you make green bean soup for dinner, soak them after lunch; if you make them in the morning, soak them before going to bed the day before)
Put enough water in the pressure cooker for as much as you drink. Add sugar or rock sugar, depending on your taste.
Place the pressure cooker on an induction stove and turn it on to the highest temperature. Then wait.
When the valve of the pressure cooker protrudes, reduce the maximum temperature by half and time it for twenty minutes.
The induction cooker will automatically turn off after twenty minutes, but don't be in a hurry to take it off, wait another ten minutes and let the green bean soup simmer for another ten minutes.
That adds up to half an hour. Timing after half an hour you do not have to care, half an hour later and then open the pot, there is a delicious green bean soup!
