Soak gelatine slices in 35 grams of purified water in advance and set aside.
Add the light cream to the sugar and beat.
Heat the soaked gelatine sheets over water and melt them into liquid. Pour them into the whipped cream together with the yogurt. Stir evenly and put it in the refrigerator overnight or for a few hours. It will solidify a little. Just like mousse, what you make in this step is yogurt. (In the picture, I added my own bayberry jam to the yoghurt, which makes it taste even better)

Put the yoghurt into a piping bag , one layer of fruit and one layer of yogurt, you can add fruit as you like
