Chili pepper beef cubes
Ingredients: beef, green pepper, red pepper, onion, ginger, cooking wine, cumin powder, starch, oyster sauce, chili powder.
Method
1. Wash the beef and cut into pieces, wash the green and red peppers and cut into rings, cut the onions into small pieces; peel the ginger, wash and slice it.

Ingredients: spinach, chicken, light soy sauce, garlic, onion, salt, vinegar, black bean hot sauce
Method:
1. Wash the spinach, blanch it in water, then rinse it with cold water, and cut it into inch-long pieces.

Method :
1 First use 3 tablespoons of water starch to evenly mix the shredded meat and sizing it. (Water starch = 1 part starch + 3 parts water) Starched pork shreds can maintain the moisture of the pork shreds, making the stir-fry taste smoother and more tender. Cut green bamboo shoots into shreds, soak fungus and cut into shreds. Onions, garlic, and pickled peppers are homemade and minced. Heat oil in the pot and add shredded pork.
