The method of making fruit enzyme is as follows:
1. Prepare an enzyme bucket. Wash it with water before making enzyme, then add an appropriate amount of water and activate it for 6 hours.
2. 4 liters of purified water and about 400g of sugar (as shown in the picture). Finally, the sugar is used up and some water is left.
3. Peel and core the water dragon fruits, apples and peaches and cut them into random pieces.
4. Grab a handful of dried blackcurrants and remove the hard branches.
5. Pour all the dried blackcurrants and the above fruits into the bucket.
6. Add water, do not fill it completely.
7. Place the bucket on a clean table that is not exposed to sunlight, and cover it lightly, but do not cover it tightly.
8. After that, use a long wooden spoon every morning and evening (the wooden spoon should not be oily and should be scalded with boiling water before use), stir it, and cover it lightly, but not tightly.
9. Filter the fermented enzyme into a bottle (the filter funnel must also be oil-free and clean) and store it in the refrigerator. Take it out and drink it when you want to drink it.
