Ingredients:
-1.5 ounces brandy
-1 tablespoon granulated sugar
-half a lime
-8 mint leaves
-2-3 ounces club soda
-Ice cubes
Steps:
1. Place the granulated sugar and mint leaves in a highball glass and stir well with a mash stick.
2. Squeeze the juice from half the lime and add the rest to the glass.
3. Add brandy and ice.
4. Add club soda and stir gently.
