Not a listed company. The full name of RT Mart is RT Mart Circulation Co., Ltd., and English RT is the abbreviation of Ruentex Group. Yin Yanliang, president of Runtai Group, established a large chain store in Taiwan Province Province on 1996 in Taiwan Province Province, with its headquarters in Taibei.

At present, RT Mart shares are not directly listed on the Taiwan Province Stock Exchange, but are owned by Runtai Textile (later renamed Runtai Global Holdings 16.7% China RT Mart), Runtai Construction (later renamed Runtai Innovation Holdings 10.85% China RT Mart) and Auchan.

Runtai Textile (later renamed Runtai Global) applied for re-listing in the stock market as a department store and changed its name to Runtai Global because more than half of its profits came from department store trade (including the part from RT Mart, of course).
