Fried Crab in Typhoon Shelter
Ingredients?
Hairy crab, garlic, ginger, dried starch, dried chili, light soy sauce, sugar, salt and chopped green onion. Save the recipe to your phone. Step 1
3 hairy crabs of about 220 grams
Step 2
I used 2 garlic heads and a piece of ginger the size of a garlic head. Chop them together and put them into the oil pan. Stir the minced garlic to get out the moisture and aroma. Remove the ingredients and use this oil to fry the crabs.
Step 3
Cut off the large claws of the crabs with scissors. Then use a toothbrush to clean the inside and outside of the crabs. Wash clean

Scrape the hair off the large pliers and smash them into pieces. Lift off the crab cover. Remove the gills of the crab, as well as the dirt, internal organs, etc. in the cover. Remove

Use scissors to fry the crab halves, as shown in the picture. Coat the cut surface with dry starch
Step 6
Add Fry in 80% hot oil until golden brown and 80% mature. Take it out. (Use the oil used to fry the garlic above.) (Extra steps: I removed the crab legs so that I can directly grab the whole piece of meat when eating. Otherwise, my husband will find it annoying when he sees it.)
Step 7
Leave some oil in the pot, add minced garlic and dried chili peppers. Stir-fry the red chili peppers and then add the crabs. Stir-fry

Keep the fire high, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, and some sugar. I also added some salt. Stir-fry until the minced garlic is coated with the crab. Sprinkle Add chopped green onions, remove from pan and serve
