2. Cooking zongzi needs cold water to start cooking. Generally, it can be cooked in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes. If it takes too long, it's easy to cook zongzi. If you are really worried, you can cook for 40 minutes, not more than 1 hour.
3. If you want to cook in an ordinary pot, it will take a long time, usually about 2 hours.
4. If you want the boiled zongzi to taste better, don't take it out immediately after turning off the fire. Soak in water 1 hour or so, and the taste will be more fragrant and soft.
