Recipe DescriptionThis is a simple, quick and easy to make dish. Sweet pea corns are quickly sautéed with scallions and garlic and fresh mint leaves, combining fresh vegetables in one. It can be eaten while hot or a little cooled.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil, 350 grams sweet pea shoots, 3 shallots, 1 clove garlic, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
How to do it
1: Pick the ends of the sweet pea shoots, chop the shallots, garlic and fresh mint leaves.
2: Take a large iron pot or skillet and set over medium heat.
3: Preheat the oil, add the sweet pea corns, shallots and garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper and sauté for 4 minutes.
4: Then turn off the heat, add mint leaves and saute for a while.
