Ingredients
Cream-fresh milk
Sugar, (1 cup)-vanillin, (1 spoon)
Steps of liquid nitrogen ice cream
1. Stir everything except liquid nitrogen evenly.
2. Add 2 liters of liquid nitrogen at a time, and be sure to use antifreeze gloves, but not open-fingered gloves.
3. Stir continuously until a hard shell is formed.
4. When it is even and free from caking, the ice cream is ready to eat.
Tips
Always use antifreeze gloves, not open-fingered gloves.
