1. 3. Rice yeast method: soak rice in clear water for 24 hours, pour out the soaking water, mash rice with water into paste, pour rice slurry into a bottle, add white sugar, add mouthcloth, put it in a warm and ventilated place, and stir once a day to get rice yeast in about seven days.
