1. If the rice is all raw, you can use chopsticks to poke a few holes in the rice that go straight to the bottom of the pot, add some warm water and simmer again. First, poke a hole in the middle that goes straight to the bottom of the pot, and then poke a few more holes around the middle, evenly.
2. If the rice is cooked on the surface, flip the surface to the middle, add some water and simmer. The amount of water added depends on the amount of sandwich. If the surface is more raw, add more water; otherwise, add less water. You can also use chopsticks to poke a small amount of holes.
3. If the rice is partially cooked, just poke holes in the cooked areas, add an appropriate amount of warm water and simmer. If you are not sure whether there is uncooked rice in other places, you can turn over the whole pot of rice, place the uncooked part in the middle, add an appropriate amount of water and continue to simmer.
