How to make broad bean minced meat soup
1. Preheat the pot and pour in lard or salad oil. When the oil is cooked, add broad beans and stir-fry Fry until the oil turns green.
2. Add 250ml water and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. While waiting for the water to boil, pour an appropriate amount of starch into a small bowl, add a tablespoon of water and stir, add minced meat, stir evenly and add a little salt, set aside.
