Stew ingredients:
750g-1 000g of broiler, 75g of mushroom (preferably hazel mushroom in the northeast), 2 segments of scallion, 2 slices of ginger, 3 fragrant leaves 1 slice, 3 dried red peppers, 2 aniseed, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce (about 10ml), cooking wine.
Production process:
1. Wash the broiler and chop it into small pieces for later use;
2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water for half an hour, and wash them for later use;

6. Add water that can't cover all the food, bring it to a boil over high fire, then change to medium heat, stew for 10 minutes, then add mushrooms, stew for another 30-40 minutes, and the soup will be thickened, and the authentic chicken stewed mushrooms will serve.
